Refund Policy

Clear refund terms for Eduforged subscriptions and digital access.

Eduforged provides digital teaching tools for workbook processing, lesson planning, assessment generation, and file exports. This policy explains when refunds may be requested and how subscription cancellations are handled.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid Eduforged subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the account has not made substantial use of paid features or generated a high volume of exports.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

After cancellation, paid access may remain active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved and access is removed earlier.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when the service has been used extensively, when digital files have already been generated or downloaded in significant volume, or when the request is made after the refund window.

We may also decline refunds for account misuse, violation of our terms, or repeated refund requests.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact support with the email address used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

We aim to review eligible requests promptly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
